The Wedding Collective Package is designed for couples who have completed their planning and need professional execution, vendor management, and seamless wedding-day oversight.

Planning & Preparation

• One initial consultation meeting (Phone or FaceTime)
• One in-person planning meeting beginning three months prior to the wedding to discuss logistics and execution details. 
• One Venue Walk-Through
• Review of wedding details and logistics
• Access to recommended vendor list and planning checklist
• Floor-plan creation assistance
• Unlimited Communication via text/email within planners business hours throughout planning process.

Vendor Communication & Management

• Final communication with all confirmed vendors
• Confirmation of timing, logistics, and responsibilities

Wedding Day Coverage

• Up to 12 hours of coordination coverage
• Lead planner + assistant coordinator
• Primary point of contact for all vendors and the venue
• Oversight of timeline creation, execution, event flow and day of rehearsal

Partial Venue Styling of Personal Décor Items

• Welcome table setup (welcome sign, guest book, card box, and related details)
• Ceremony details setup (programs & reserved signs)
• Placement of table numbers
• Candle lighting in key areas (ceremony and/or reception tables)

Please note: Full venue styling, reception-wide décor, and full post-event teardown are not included.
