This offering is ideal for couples who want to hand over logistics, design, vendor management, and budget oversight, while trusting our team to plan, manage, and execute a cohesive, elevated celebration.

Planning & Communication

• Unlimited email and text communication from booking
• Planning begins immediately upon booking
• Two experienced lead planners manage the planning process from start to finish
• Three in-person planning meetings, including vendor meetings

Budget Management

• We provide a custom budget tracker to track planned versus actual wedding expenses
• Collaborate with you to create a budget based on your overall investment goals
• Recommend vendors that fit your budget while keeping options flexible
• Offer ongoing guidance, with clear communication if selections, upgrades, or market changes push costs beyond the original plan
• Two experienced lead planners manage the process from start to finish, keeping everything organized and on track

Vendor Management

• Curated vendor recommendations and planner-led communication from inquiry through the wedding day
• Scheduling and attending key vendor meetings, including tastings, trials, and portraits
• Full contract review and support with finalization
• Management of vendor logistics, timelines, deliverables, and payments
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all vendors throughout planning and execution

Design Creation & Creative Direction

• Full-service design development from concept to execution
• Curation of the couple’s inspiration and priorities
• Cohesive design vision including aesthetic direction, décor layout, rentals, and tablescapes
• Detailed design and setup documentation for all event spaces
• Rental sourcing, meetings, and curation
• Coordination with floral, rental, signage, and décor vendors to ensure seamless execution

Venue Layout & Logistics

• One venue walk-through about a month before the wedding
• Full floor plan and layout for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
• Personalized wedding day timeline and planning documents
   

Wedding Weekend Execution

• Coordination and management of the wedding rehearsal
• Two experienced lead planners present on the wedding day
• Full setup, management, and teardown of décor and rentals (more details below)
• Complete vendor oversight and day-of execution
• Proactive problem-solving to ensure a seamless, stress-free celebration
   

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

• Venue coordination, timeline, and setup
• Vendor communication and management
• Event flow, including seating and speeches
• On-site oversight for seamless execution

Complimentary Wedding Day Content Creation

• Up to 10 hours of coverage, beginning one hour before hair and makeup is complete through the grand exit
• Edited Highlight Reel shared on Instagram within 24 hours
• You’ll be added as a collaborator, and all vendors will be tagged
• Three additional short-form reels highlighting key moments (delivered within 72 hours)
• All raw video footage and photos captured throughout the day
• One pre-wedding planning meeting to discuss priorities, moments to highlight, and overall content vision

Important Notes

• Venue access must be available first thing in the morning to allow adequate setup time.
• All décor and rental items must be delivered and fully unloaded prior to our arrival (unless otherwise discussed). 
• All items must be pre-assembled (centerpieces built, napkins tied, signage framed, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.
