A: We’re a planning duo, two lead planners managing every detail from the first call to the final send-off. We coordinate vendors, guide design, handle setup and teardown, and make sure your day flows naturally. Plus, we capture the moments as they happen, so you have photos and videos to relive the day.

Q: Do you handle setup and teardown?
A: Absolutely. We take care of décor, rentals, signage, and all the little details that usually stress couples out. From setup to teardown, we make sure it’s seamless — so you can focus on your people and your day.

Q: What is included in the content creation?
A: We both create wedding-day content, meaning:

• Photos and videos captured throughout the day
• Edited Highlight Reel delivered within 24 hours
• Short-form reels for social or sharing
• All raw footage and photos
• Pre-wedding meeting to discuss your priorities and what moments matter most

Q: How do you work with couples at different stages of planning?
A: We offer two main packages:

• Full-Service Planning: From engagement to wedding day — we handle everything, so you can actually enjoy the journey.
• The Signature Collective: For couples who have already started planning but want guidance, structure, and support to make sure the day flows seamlessly. You stay involved while we handle the details.

Q: How involved do we need to be?
A: That’s up to you. Some couples hand us the reins, others want to be involved in every detail. We adapt to your style and make sure your day feels authentically yours.

Q: Do you help with vendors?
A: Yes. We provide curated recommendations, research, contract guidance, and strategic support. For Full-Service Planning, we manage vendors from inquiry to execution. For Wedding Management, we provide hands-on help with up to three priority vendors.

Q: When should we book you?
A: Ideally 6–12 months before your wedding, but we’ve successfully planned weddings with shorter timelines too. The earlier we start, the more time we have to craft and refine every detail.

Q: What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?
A: That’s our job. We anticipate challenges, troubleshoot quietly behind the scenes, and keep the day moving so you don’t have to worry. You get to enjoy the day, stress-free.

Q: How long do you stay on the wedding day?
A: For Full-Service Planning, we’re there from setup to teardown with two lead planners managing everything. For Wedding Management, one lead planner and one assistant are on site to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Q: Do you work with all venues?
A: Yes. We coordinate walk-throughs, layouts, and logistics to make sure your day flows naturally, no matter the location.
